Thiruvilaiyadal Puranam

It is believed that Madurai Meenakshi herself appeared in the dreams of Paranjothi Munivar and told him the 64 episodes containing Thiruvilayadal Puranam that were born out of the compassion and love of Lord Siva for his fellow beings. These 64 episodes are separated into three groups - Madurai Khandam has 18 episodes, Koodal Khandam has 30 episodes and Aalavai Khandam has 16 episodes.

Mrs. D.Pattammal has carefully analyzed each episode and has brought out the key aspects of each episode. She has also suggested a suitable Ragam to sing each episode.
